1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the MFP Terminal (the "Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you are unauthorized to access the Software and must terminate your session immediately.

2. OPERATIONAL LICENSE

MFP grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for personal performance tracking. You shall not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the terminal.

3. SUBSCRIPTION PROTOCOLS

Certain features require an active clearance level (Vanguard, Recon, or Sovereign). Payments are processed via PesaPal or NOWPayments. All transactions are final. Subscription renewal is automatic unless canceled via the dashboard.

4. DATA SOVEREIGNTY

You retain ownership of your trade data. However, you grant MFP the right to store and process this data to provide the terminal's analytical services. We employ institutional-grade encryption to protect your data streams.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

MFP IS A DATA RECORDING TOOL, NOT A FINANCIAL ADVISOR. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR TRADING LOSSES, SYSTEM DOWNTIME, OR DATA TRANSMISSION ERRORS. TRADING FOREX INVOLVES SIGNIFICANT RISK TO CAPITAL.

6. TERMINATION PROTOCOL

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user found violating these protocols or attempting to compromise the Software's integrity.
